Written clearly, without legal traps. These terms exist
so both sides know exactly what to expect.

By placing an order with GumPower, you agree to these

2. Orders & Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We
accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation
email. A binding contract exists from that point. We
reserve the right to decline an order in exceptional
circumstances, in which case you receive a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars ($). We take care to
ensure pricing is accurate. If an error occurs, we will
contact you before processing, and you are under no
obligation to proceed at an incorrect price.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days and
deliver within 3–5 business days thereafter. These are
estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur and
are outside our direct control.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have 90 business days from delivery to return an
eligible, unused item. Refunds are processed within
10 business days of us receiving the return. See our
Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have
under applicable US federal or state consumer protection
laws. Those rights are always in addition to these terms.

7. Liability

We are responsible for providing goods that match their
description and are free from defects at delivery. We
are not liable for losses that could not reasonably be
foreseen, or for losses caused by events outside our
reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to
the value of your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to
Gumpper Group, LLC. You may not reproduce or use any
of it without our prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version
in effect on the date you placed your order applies to
that transaction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of
Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
