We stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right —
wrong item, damaged goods, change of heart — here's exactly
how the process works. No hoops to jump through.
RETURN WINDOW: 90 business days from delivery
REFUND PROCESSING TIME: 10 business days after receipt
What Can Be Returned
Items are eligible for return if they are unused, in their
original packaging, and in the same condition as when
delivered. Items showing signs of use, post-delivery damage,
or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
You have 90 business days from the date of delivery to start
a return. We believe in giving you real time to make a
confident decision.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Get in Touch
Email support@gumpower.com or call +1 (307) 328-5777 with
your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get
back to you promptly.
Step 2 — Receive Instructions
We'll send you a return authorization and clear instructions,
including where to send the item. Please wait for these
before shipping anything back.
Step 3 — Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked
service. Hold onto your tracking receipt until your return
is confirmed on our end.
Step 4 — Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is
processed within 10 business days back to your original
payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when done.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or appears defective,
photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return postage is on us, and we'll prioritize a replacement
or full refund — whichever works best for you.
A Note on Refund Timing
We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving
your return. Your bank or card provider may take a few
additional days to show the credit — that part is outside
our control, but feel free to check in with us.
