Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place
your order to the moment it arrives.
ORDER HANDLING & DISPATCH: 1 – 2 business days
ESTIMATED DELIVERY: 3 – 5 business days
TOTAL ESTIMATED ARRIVAL: 4 – 7 business days
How It Works
Once your order comes through, our team picks it up and
begins preparing it for dispatch. This typically takes one
to two business days — we make sure everything is right
before it leaves us. After dispatch, delivery usually takes
three to five business days depending on your location
within the US.
Please Keep In Mind
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US
federal holidays. An order placed Friday afternoon begins
processing the following Monday morning — so plan
accordingly if timing matters.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch
confirmation email with your tracking number and a link
to follow your parcel. If that email hasn't arrived within
2 business days of placing your order, please check your
spam folder, then reach out to us if it's still missing.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to correct it after placing your order, contact

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Damaged in Transit?
It's rare but it happens. If your order arrives visibly
damaged, please photograph it right away and email us at
support@gumpower.com within 48 hours. We'll take care of
it — no lengthy back-and-forth, no unnecessary hassle.
