Browse our store, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete your payment. The moment your payment clears, you'll receive a confirmation email — and we get straight to work on your order.
We start processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Email support@gumpower.com or call +1 (307) 328-5777 right away. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Once it's shipped, changes aren't possible — but you can always use our returns process after delivery.
Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. It includes your order summary, items purchased, and delivery details. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — and then reach out to us if it's still missing.
Currently, GumPower ships within the United States. If you're located internationally and would like to enquire about ordering, feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to help where we can.
If a product turns out to be unavailable after your order is placed, we'll contact you right away. You'll be offered a full refund or — if available — a suitable alternative. We won't leave you guessing. You'll hear from us promptly.

We handle and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. So from the day you order, you can expect arrival within 4 to 7 business days total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
An order placed Friday afternoon begins processing Monday morning.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. If that email hasn't arrived within 2 business days of your order, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us if it's still missing.
Contact us immediately at support@gumpower.com or +1 (307) 328-5777 if you need to update a delivery address. We can usually make changes if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's with the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it — so timing matters here.
We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damage and email them to support@gumpower.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll make it a priority — you'll get either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Return postage for damaged items is always covered by us.
Our standard offering is 3–5 business day delivery after dispatch, with 1–2 business days of handling time beforehand. If you have a time-sensitive need, please contact us before ordering at support@gumpower.com or +1 (307) 328-5777 and we'll see what options are available.
Tracking gaps between carrier facilities are normal and don't always indicate a problem. However, if nothing has moved in over 48 hours, please don't just sit and wait. Email us at support@gumpower.com with your order details and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds6 questions
You have 90 business days from the date of delivery to start a return. That's a deliberate policy — we'd rather give you real time to make a confident decision than pressure you into keeping something you're not sure about. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Email support@gumpower.com or call +1 (307) 328-5777 with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a return authorization and clear instructions, including where to ship the item. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — it keeps things clean for both sides.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we process your refund within 10 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit in your account — that part is out of our hands, but you'll receive a confirmation email from us the moment the refund is issued.
Standard returns require items to be unused and in original packaging. If an item you've used turns out to be defective or was not as described, that's a different situation — please contact us and we'll assess it fairly and work toward a resolution that makes sense for both of us.
If you're returning because the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was described, return postage is on us — completely. If you're returning for personal reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. We'll always make this clear when we send you return instructions.
In most cases, yes. If you'd like to swap for a different item, get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange — as long as the item is unused and within the 90 business day return window. Email us at support@gumpower.com with your order number and what you'd like instead.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are handled through secure, PCI-compliant checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. Every transaction on GumPower is encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We don't store your full card details — they go directly to the payment processor. Your security isn't something we treat lightly.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order — not at dispatch. This lets us begin processing immediately. You won't be left on a prolonged pre-authorisation hold.

A receipt is sent to your email automatically after payment. If you need a formal invoice — for business records or tax purposes — email us with your order number and we'll generate one for you. We aim to turn these around quickly.

Yes — everything we sell is brand new. We don't deal in used, refurbished, or open-box items unless specifically stated in the product listing. What you see is what you get.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty terms where applicable. If you believe a product you received has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll help you navigate the process. We'll always give you an honest assessment rather than passing you around.
That shouldn't happen — but if it does, we want to know immediately. Email us at support@gumpower.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. In cases where the item is not as described, return postage is our responsibility and you'll receive a full refund or the correct item, whichever you prefer.
